These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.montidesigns.com and related pages, as well as any purchases made as a consumer. By accessing or using this website, you are entering into a binding agreement with Monti Designs, reg. no. 200111112504 in Sweden. We strongly encourage you to review these Terms thoroughly before engaging with our Website or making a purchase.

When placing orders on the Website, you affirm that the purchase is for personal use and not for commercial purposes. 

 

Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed to facilitate your shopping experience and fulfill your orders. Cookies and similar technologies may also be employed to optimize your interactions with the Website.

 

 

Placing an Order

Please ensure you fully understand and accept these terms prior to making a purchase.

  • Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, check all provided details, view the total cost, and correct any errors.

  • Items in your cart are not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Other customers may purchase these items if your session expires due to inactivity or technical interruptions.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Monti Designs reserves the right to cancel or amend orders that include inaccurate personal details, unresolved debts, or any suspected fraudulent activity.

Products customized to your specifications or tailored to personal preferences, such as personalized designs or made-to-order items, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Additionally, items that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons, such as candles or liquid products, are non-refundable.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, an automated email will confirm its receipt and indicate that we are verifying product availability. 

Acceptance and Shipping

Monti Designs reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Products being out of stock.

  • Payment authorization failures.

  • Errors in product descriptions or pricing.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.

Once your order has been approved and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with full details. This confirmation email signifies our acceptance of your order.

If we cannot fulfill your order and payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded promptly.

 

 

Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in SEK, inclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted. Monti Designs periodically adjusts prices. Any differences between the purchase price and later reductions will not be refunded or matched.

If a pricing error occurs, Monti Designs is not obligated to honor incorrect pricing. Orders placed at erroneous prices may be canceled, with any payments refunded.

 

 

Refund & Return Policy

Products purchased on sale or at reduced prices are final sale and not eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Used candles or opened liquid products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your local authorities are the customer’s responsibility. Charges vary by country and depend on the type and value of goods. Monti Desings is unable to provide specific duty estimates.

 

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including trademarks, graphics, images, and product designs, is owned by Monti Designs or its licensors and is protected by Swedish and international laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

 

 

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of purchased goods transfers to you upon full payment. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to Swedish authorities, and we reserve the right to cancel such purchases.

 

 

Force Majeure

Monti Designs is not liable for any delays or failures to perform under these Terms resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or technological disruptions.

 

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under Swedish law, the remaining provisions will remain effective and enforceable.

 

 

Amendments

Monti Designs retains the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
