Return Policy

We hope our candles bring warmth and tranquility to your space, but if they aren’t quite what you envisioned, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Conditions for Returns:

  • The candles must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All accompanying labels, tags, and materials must be intact and undamaged.
  • Products with opened or broken packaging cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • All returned items must be unused and in a resellable condition.

Exclusions:

  • Items that have been used, have opened or damaged packaging, or are not returned in their original condition cannot be refunded.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing businessinfomonti@gmail.com
  2. Once your return is approved, you must send the product back within 14 days.
  3. Keep your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely returned.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery fees and any applicable customs charges.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your candles arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at businessinfomonti@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
